Lessons at Grand Review Farm are conducted in two ways.

1: On a lesson horse

When lessons are given on a lesson horse, preferential treatment is given to the LifeHorse program and all proceeds from lessons go directly to LifeHorse.

Lesson horse lessons are available in hunt seat, saddle seat, western, dressage, jumping, and gymkhana.

All lessons must be scheduled through our trainer and are scheduled individually. NO GROUP LESSONS.

Lesson prices on a school horse do not include time to groom and tack a horse before riding and groom and un-tack after riding. Please try to plan an additional thirty minutes for those activities.

1/2 hour (actual riding time): $25

3/4 hour (actual riding time): $35

1 full hour of actual riding time: $45

These prices include the use of the horse and the lesson.

2: On your own horse

Our trainer will allow you to bring your horse to our facility for lessons provided it has a current negative coggins, or she will come to your farm.

If you bring your horse to our facility prices are the same as on a lesson horse, however, due to gas prices there is a small additional fee for our trainer to come to you.
